1. Introduction

Welcome to rbajer. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and rbajer ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account on rbajer, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

rbajer reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one rbajer account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. rbajer may request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your rbajer account.
• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• rbajer will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Notify rbajer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• rbajer is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits

rbajer accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your rbajer account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. rbajer does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum deposit amount: as stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• rbajer reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you deposit the wrong amount.
• rbajer does not accept deposits from third parties under any circumstances.

5. Withdrawals

rbajer processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals are paid in BDT. rbajer aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• rbajer may request KYC documents before approving a withdrawal — this is standard procedure and not a cause for concern.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• rbajer reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
